Way To Rich (WTR)

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Way To Rich mobile application. By registering, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Way To Rich (WTR) is a digital facilitation platform that enables registered users to submit requests to purchase 24K pure gold and silver through a manual UPI payment and verification process. The platform also provides portfolio tracking, referral rewards, and withdrawal request facilities.

Way To Rich is NOT:

  • A bank, NBFC, or financial institution
  • A SEBI registered investment advisor or stockbroker
  • A commodity exchange or regulated trading platform
  • A provider of guaranteed investment returns

All investments involve risk. Users invest at their own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

To use Way To Rich, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Complete KYC verification as required

Age verification is conducted through KYC document review (PAN and Aadhaar). Users below 18 years will have their accounts suspended.

3. Account Registration

Users must register with:

  • Full Name (mandatory)
  • Mobile Number (mandatory)
  • Email Address (optional)
  • Referral Code (optional)

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify us immediately in case of unauthorised access.

4. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

KYC is required before submitting withdrawal requests.

  • PAN Card – number and image upload
  • Aadhaar Card – details and image upload
  • Bank account details for withdrawals

KYC documents are reviewed manually by admin for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

5. Purchase Process

  1. User views gold/silver prices and initiates purchase.
  2. User makes payment via UPI.
  3. User uploads transaction ID and payment screenshot.
  4. Admin verifies the payment.
  5. Wallet balance is updated upon approval.

The Company reserves the right to reject transactions if verification fails or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Pricing & Live Rates

Gold and silver prices displayed are indicative live market rates and may fluctuate. The final rate applicable will be confirmed at the time of admin approval.

7. Fees & Taxes

The following charges may apply:

  • GST (currently 3% or as per Indian tax law)

The wallet value credited will reflect applicable deductions. Fees are non-refundable once processed.

8. Wallet

The in-app wallet reflects the value of approved gold and silver holdings based on live market prices. The wallet is not a bank account or RBI-regulated e-wallet.

9. Withdrawal Policy

  • KYC must be verified
  • Bank details must be registered
  • Requests are subject to admin approval
  • Processing time may vary

The Company reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.

10. Market Risk Disclaimer

Investments in gold and silver involve market risk. Prices may increase or decrease based on global market conditions. Way To Rich does not guarantee profits or returns.

11. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Do not upload fake payment proofs
  • Do not submit fraudulent KYC documents
  • Do not misuse referral programmes
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws

Violation may lead to suspension or legal action.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of referral programmes
  • Regulatory compliance requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

Way To Rich is not liable for:

  • UPI transaction failures or delays
  • Incorrect bank details provided by users
  • Market price fluctuations
  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Loss due to unauthorised account access

14. No Refund Policy

Once a purchase request is submitted and payment is made, refunds will not be provided except in special cases reviewed by support within 7 days.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Way To Rich app are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without permission.

16. Regulatory Compliance

Way To Rich operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act 2000 and GST regulations.

17. Content Suitability & IARC Rating

This application is intended for users aged 18+ and does not contain violent or inappropriate content.

18. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
